This opportunity will be at a private state-of-the-art kindergarten where you will be teaching English to kids aged between 3-6. Our school hours are similar to Australia with an 8:15am start and a 4:45pm finish with 3 hours for lunch.
Successful applicants will possess a sound understanding of the Australian Curriculum, contemporary learning theory and the appropriate means of monitoring and assessing student achievement.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work as part of a vibrant and dynamic team of educators in a supportive environment lead by an Australian Head Teacher following an Australian based curriculum.

Our Kindergarten campus is on 20 beautiful acres fully secured with ample activity areas including a swimming pool, golf green, jungle gyms, trampoline, tree house, vegetable and fruit gardens. Each classroom was purpose built and includes smartboards, learning stations and an emphasis on a fresh, clean learning environment with able aids and equipment that helps put the fun back into learning. We just open our doors to the public September 2017 and the current enrollment is 50 students and growing steadily. Class sizes are usually between 10 to 20 students. Each English teacher has an English-speaking Chinese teacher that can assistance and help run the class. Half the day is taught in English and the other half is taught in Chinese by a Chinese teacher.
The school has a full commercial kitchen and student and teacher meals are prepared onsite by a fully qualified specialty chef. The kindergarten also has facilities for music, cooking, drama theater as well as an extensive library. Teachers also enjoy their own recreation area as well as teacher offices, teacher dining room, tea and coffee lounge and private teacher apartments on a separate floor if accommodation is required.
Fuzhou is a modern and beautiful city located on the coast of China. Due to its location connecting north and south of China, Fuzhou reflects a diverse Chinese culture. A popular destination for business travelers and Chinese tourists, Fuzhou is quickly becoming a city known for quality English education with a growing expat community. It is a great place to be based if interested in traveling around China as Fuzhou is a transport hub with train stations and an airport close by.
•Bachelor degree or higher - preferably in Education
•TEFL/TESOL certificate (we can help you obtain within a month)
•Native English speaker from preferably Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
•No criminal record
•Willing to relocate to China
•Teaching experienced - teachers are preferred
•Age between 21 – 45 (due to visa requirements)
